About Us
INTRAS is a family-owned, private limited company. It was established in 1984 by John C Hogg, who also co-founded the two industry trade associations IWMA (International Wire & Machinery Association) and ITA (International Tube Association).
The company is today managed and operated by family members and experienced personnel with more accumulative years in the wire, tube and fasteners publishing industries than any other media company in this field.
The industrial publishing portfolio of INTRAS began in the late 1980's. Today, the company produces leading international trade magazines in print and digital formats for the wire, tube and fastener industries, encompassing EuroWire magazine, Wire & Cable ASIA magazine, 'wiredInUSA e-zine, Tube & Pipe Technology magazine, Tube Products INTERNATIONAL magazine, Euro Fasteners magazine and Fastners Asia magazine.
